Will Antonio Tarver’s loss affect the credibility of Rocky 6?
Yes  19%
No  27%

What Counts
Before Antonio Tarver fought Bernard Hopkins in Atlantic City, much was made of the fact that the Magic Man put on the pounds to portray the heavyweight champion of the world, Mason Dixon, in Sly Stallone’s latest incarnation of "Rocky (6)" now in production. At the time, allusions were made to Lennox Lewis’ depiction of a fighter in “Oceans 11” not long before he was KO’d by Hasim Rahman in Johannesburg. But Team Tarver assured everyone that Antonio was a-ok, he put on the weight naturally, by overeating, and not by lifting weights (even though video of the former light heavyweight champ pumping iron made its way to the media and to the world). Now that Tarver lost the weight and his title so one-sidedly to Bernard, his bona fides as a fighter and his future in the ring are in serious doubt. Under the circumstances, do you think Tarver’s loss to B-Hop affects the credibility of his portraying the heavyweight champ in Stallone’s upcoming film?
